Airport close enough to hear every takeoff and landing. The terrace was the perfect spot to relax and be constantly reminded how close we were to the city center. Boudewijn Seapark: the constant sound of water splashes, who wouldn't want that?

The property isn't far enough from the city center, I mean, who wants to walk just 500 meters? Just too much effort.
